Team Building & Professional Development

  • Looking to bond as a team? Contact us for a group rate on tickets to one of our public games.

    Seeking an even more purposeful play experience? Contact us to discuss adding a workshop to an existing game or having us design a complete game and workshop just for you!

  • We work exclusively with doctoral-level trainers. Our primary trainer is Ashley Fico. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and has published extensively on the topic. We also contract with other professionals with expertise in fields including Executive Leadership & Leadership Development and Creativity & Change Management.

  • We work to devise an experiential program that fits your needs. Key topics may include:

    • Communication (e.g., persuasion, emotional intelligence, team-based communication)

    • Creative Problem Solving

    • Leadership Development (e.g., adaptability, values clarification, strengths-based leadership)

  • InnoQuests’ trainers can come to you! We offer training at your facility, at corporate retreat destinations, or even in shared office space near one of our public games. Let’s find what works best for your team!

Public Games

  • Similar to a scavenger hunt, InnoQuests are immersive puzzles hunts delivered through our mobile app. Players explore real-world locations to uncover clues and solve challenges - all at their own pace.

  • You can currently explore with public InnoQuests’ games in Rochester, New York.

    Each game has a clear starting point. As you play, keep an eye on your inventory! There, you’ll find helpful tools like local maps, clues, and additional guidance to help you on your quest.

  • Explore public games on your own schedule! Choose daylight hours and fair weather for the best experience. Remember to follow any posted signs/guidelines in public places.

  • Start your adventure by buying a game master ticket in the InnoQuests’ mobile app. One game master ticket unlocks access for a single phone. We recommend 2-3 players per device.

    Want to add another phone? Ask the game master to purchase an additional ticket. This allows game access on another device. When one phone gets the right answer, all players move forward together.

  • Yes, contact us to discuss purchasing an access code for a large group.

  • You must be 18+ to create an InnoQuests account and start a game. But, kids are welcome to join the fun! Many enjoy helping grown-ups solve puzzles as they explore.

  • We aim to make InnoQuests inclusive for all explorers! Games that include video or audio have transcripts or captioning. Game descriptions note estimated walking distance, potential mobility barriers, or required skills (color perception). However, as games take place in the real world, some conditions are outside of our control.

  • Click the main app menu in the upper left-hand side of your screen. Click delete account.
