Scavenger Hunt Style Experiences in Rochester, NY

  • Similar to a scavenger hunt, an InnoQuest is a puzzle hunt delivered through our mobile app. Players explore real-world locations to uncover clues and solve challenges - all at their own pace.

  • Our self-guided quests are currently located in Rochester, NY.

    Each game has a clear starting point/address that is provided in the mobile app. As you play, watch game inventory for a map of the gameplay region and additional clues.

  • Explore on your own schedule! Choose daylight hours and fair weather for the best experience. Follow any posted signs/guidelines in public places.

  • Start your adventure by buying a game master ticket in the InnoQuests’ mobile app. One game master ticket unlocks access for a single phone. We recommend 2-3 players per device.

  • Yes, contact us to discuss purchasing an access code for a group. This will allow you to pay once and provide access to multiple phones.

  • You must be 18+ to create an InnoQuests account and start a game. But, kids are welcome to join the fun! Many enjoy helping grown-ups solve puzzles as they explore.

  • We aim to make InnoQuests inclusive for all explorers! Games that include video or audio have transcripts or captioning. Game descriptions note estimated walking distance, potential mobility barriers, or required skills (color perception). However, as games take place in the real world, some conditions are outside of our control.

  • Click the main app menu in the upper left-hand side of your screen. Click delete account.

  • We work exclusively with doctoral-level trainers. Our primary trainer is Ashley Fico. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and has published extensively on the topic. We also contract with other professionals with expertise in fields including Executive Leadership & Leadership Development and Creativity & Change Management.
