Team Building & Training

  • Work with us to develop a customized InnoQuest to meet your learning objectives. Our doctoral-level trainers provide on-site instruction to supplement game content and are involved in each step of game development and delivery. Learn more about our approach.

If you’re located in Rochester, New York and are looking for a day out to bond with your team, rather than a complete program, our public games are also a good option. Contact us to ask about group rates.

  • Our areas of expertise include skills relevant to communication, leadership, and creativity. For example, our programs can assist your team with clarification of values, active listening, perspective taking, persuasion, creative problem solving, and provision/receipt of feedback.

  • Our primary trainer is Ashley Fico. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication and has published extensively on the topic. We also contract with other doctoral-level experts to design programs that fit your objectives. Such individuals have training in fields including Executive Leadership & Leadership Development and Creativity & Change Management.

  • The training location is at your discretion. InnoQuests can be devised for an outdoor or indoor location. Some relevant ideas might include: corporate retreat destinations, on-site games held at your facility, and/or city-based games.

  • We’d love to provide a price right here, but we have to know more about the specifics of your situation. Relevant factors include total number of participants, length of training, game design, etc. Please contact us to start a conversation.

  • Yes. A customized game has a development and licensing cost. The development cost is only paid once. To use the game again at a future point in time, you would only pay for access/licensing. In addition, there is a cost affiliated with having our on-site instructors each time they are requested.
